Job Description:

We’re partnering with a large client to find a seasoned B2B Campaign Art Director to lead the creation of digital advertising assets for large-scale marketing campaigns supporting a fast-growing global ecommerce and procurement platform. This contract role is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a senior creative who loves turning complex business offerings into clear, compelling digital visuals that drive results. You’ll own creative production across multiple channels, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and ensure campaigns are delivered on brand, on time, and at scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead creative execution for B2B digital marketing campaigns from concept through final delivery
  • Design high-quality digital advertising assets including Display banners, Paid social ads, Email campaign visuals, Online and occasional environmental placements
  • Own multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Present creative concepts and final designs to internal stakeholders
  • Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining creative quality and brand consistency
  • Collaborate with marketing, category, and creative services teams
  • Partner with external agencies to ensure seamless execution across markets
  • Apply contemporary design trends thoughtfully to maximize campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in digital design or art direction
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising or campaign-based work
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (for presentations and reviews)
  • Experience presenting creative work to internal stakeholders or clients
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
  • Strong visual judgment and attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • B2B marketing or ecommerce experience
  • Experience working in large-scale or enterprise organizations
  • Agency background or in-house campaign teams
  • Familiarity with multi-market or international campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience (preferred, not required)
