Job Description:

We’re looking for a driven B2B Sales Development Manager to join our Rentals team in Portugal and help grow our charging dock partner network. This is a dynamic and impactful position for an ambitious professional aiming to make a significant contribution in the fast-paced world of mobility. Please note: This is a commission-based position and not a full-time employment role. As a B2B Business Sales Development Manager you will be directly engaging in outbound sales initiatives, showcasing your ability to proactively identify and pursue new partners with suitable locations to expand our charging dock network. You will be instrumental in building successful partnerships. This position demands a blend of strategic sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of customer needs, making it ideal for someone ready to elevate their sales career and drive meaningful business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively add new leads to our sales funnel, playing a vital role in expanding our market presence
  • Lead Management: Qualify, deduplicate, and score leads based on clear criteria to ensure an efficient and focused sales process
  • Outbound Sales: Execute targeted outreach to a carefully curated list of potential partners, helping to grow and strengthen our network
  • Administrative Work: Collect all necessary information and documents from partners promptly to guarantee a smooth transition to active operations
  • Data Maintenance: Accurately record, update, and verify all sales activities within our database to provide reliable insights

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in retail, hospitality, or real estate sectors
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline of leads and prospects
  • Familiar with CRM tools and can maintain clean, organized sales data
  • Proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a commission-based sales environment
