To support our future B2B growth ambitions, we are seeking a Sales Excellence Specialist in our Global BMS Commercial Excellence team to drive our customer-centric operation and digitalization transformation agenda. Global Commercial Excellence sets the direction for our global B2B commercial and sales operations, optimizing and implementing critical transformation initiatives related to sales, marketing, and customer engagement to enhance competitiveness, revenue performance and profitability.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive Sales Optimization: Collaborate with B2B sales teams (pre-sales & Sales) to define and implement strategic sales improvement programs
  • Sales Enablement & CRM: Co-lead implementation of the BMS sales operating model of roadmap initiatives to new and existing markets
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs to identify and drive improvements in sales operations aligned with customer value delivery
  • Sales Process Support/Training: Provide hands-on support and sparring to our sales teams and lead training needs to implement new sales operations and tool initiatives
  • Digital Solutions Identification: Identify and define new digital solutions that will enhance our sales operations transformation

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years of proven work experience from a Sales Enablement and/or Commercial Excellence role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement Sales operations/excellence projects
  • Strong B2B commercial & sales acumen
  • Track record in supporting and conceptualizing commercial initiatives into actions to drive sales efficiencies
  • Hands-on work experience from key B2B sales enablement CRM tools/systems (ie. Salesforce)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • History of delivering excellent results within tight timelines
  • Strong understanding of how to steer and drive projects forward with both planning, executing and moving forward together with people across the organization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Higher proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Personal drive to get things done and lead projects in a timely manner
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must
