We’re looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Representative to join our Bolt for Business team in Kyiv, Ukraine. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will help drive our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new leads.
Job Responsibility
Actively prospecting for new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to identify and qualify potential leads
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable solutions
Securing initial meetings or product demos with qualified leads for the sales team and ensuring a smooth handoff to the team
Continuously optimizing prospecting techniques and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, while tracking key metrics
Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Team Lead or Country Sales Manager
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, preferably in an outbound lead generation or sales development role
Highly motivated and driven by growth and team success
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in English and Ukrainian
Creative problem solver with proven track record in meeting top-of-the-funnel KPIs and driving lead conversion
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms
Using AI daily is a baseline expectation
