We’re looking for a growth-driven Account Manager to join our Bolt Business team in Estonia. This role is heavily focused on driving usage, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts. You’ll be on the front line with customers, making a high volume of activities, spotting opportunities, and scaling them across accounts and verticals. As the face of Bolt Business, you will work closely with key businesses, deeply understand their operations, and actively push adoption and growth of Bolt’s products.
Job Responsibility:
Own and grow a portfolio of existing business clients with a strong focus on usage growth, upsell, and expansion
Proactively engage customers through regular calls, meetings, and visits, maintaining a high activity level
Identify opportunities to scale Bolt Business usage across multiple verticals (e.g. Ride Hailing, Bolt Drive, Bolt Food and other Bolt products) within existing accounts
Actively push adoption of new features, products, and use cases to drive higher volumes
Take full ownership of customer performance, advising on optimal use cases to maximize value and retention
Develop and execute account growth plans focused on increasing volume and revenue from existing clients
