We’re looking for a growth-driven Account Manager to join our Bolt for Business team in Azerbaijan. This role is heavily focused on driving usage, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts. You’ll be on the front line with customers, making a high volume of activities, spotting opportunities, and scaling them across accounts and verticals. As the face of Bolt for Business, you will work closely with key businesses, deeply understand their operations, and actively push adoption and growth of Bolt’s products.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B clients with a focus on usage, upsell, and revenue expansion
Maintain high activity levels through regular calls, meetings, and client engagement
Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across Bolt products
Own customer performance and advise on how to maximize value, usage, and retention
Build and execute account growth plans to increase volume and revenue
Collaborate with internal teams to unlock expansion opportunities and support onboarding and early growth
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar B2B role
Hungry, driven, and comfortable with a high volume of calls and customer interactions
Proven track record of growing existing accounts, increasing usage, and driving upsell
Naturally identifies opportunities and knows how to scale them across accounts and segments
Takes strong ownership of results and pushes initiatives forward independently
Communicates confidently in Azerbaijani and English and can build trust quickly with stakeholders
