Job Responsibility

  • Actively sell, negotiate, and quote EasyPark B2B solutions, providing proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via the telephone
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase brand loyalty
  • Manage daily call activity through an effective, well-planned sales targeting approach, consistently meeting all KPIs based on defined expectations
  • Maintain and update the CRM system diligently to ensure high data quality and accurate reporting
  • Take commercial responsibility for customer deals, ensuring the delivery of qualitative sales and true value in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, with a strong preference for B2B phone sales experience
  • Proven determination to strive for and consistently exceed goals and performance targets
  • Collaborative team player who is also highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Efficient communicator with strong active listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in both Danish and English (language proficiency will be tested during the recruitment process).
