Actively sell, negotiate, and quote EasyPark B2B solutions, providing proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via the telephone
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase brand loyalty
Manage daily call activity through an effective, well-planned sales targeting approach, consistently meeting all KPIs based on defined expectations
Maintain and update the CRM system diligently to ensure high data quality and accurate reporting
Take commercial responsibility for customer deals, ensuring the delivery of qualitative sales and true value in every interaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, with a strong preference for B2B phone sales experience
Proven determination to strive for and consistently exceed goals and performance targets
Collaborative team player who is also highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Efficient communicator with strong active listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Fluency in both Danish and English (language proficiency will be tested during the recruitment process).
