The role includes the use of specialist IT applications such as AMOS, eLearning, and myboeingfleet, installation and dismantling of system components, adjustments on aircraft systems, checking and technical release of work already performed on the aircraft, error search, and troubleshooting, as well as performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance work on aircraft.
Job Responsibility
Carrying out maintenance tasks as required and allocated with minimal supervision
Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
Complete the appropriate documentation
Supervision of a team of Avionic Mechanics
Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Ensure the company's Health & Safety Policy is adhered to
Any other duties as requested by the Check Supervisor/Management

Requirements
Applicants must have an EASA Part 66 CAT B2 license, preferably with a Boeing 737-800 type rating
Proven experience leading a team of Aircraft Mechanics
Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment and willing to work shifts (including weekends, public holidays & nights)
Good knowledge of English (written and oral) / German would be an advantage
Interpersonal and intercultural skills
Strong computer skills
Applicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union
Preferably a valid German security clearance according to § 7 of German Aviation Security Act
