Job Description: Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures; Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations; Work as part of a team, specific duties will include the satisfactory performance of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the helicopter fleet, within a customer environment; Undertake individually or as part of a team, aircraft maintenance, repair and inspection tasks, quality checks and the completion of documentation in accordance with Company and Customer procedures; Check every time before to start any maintenance activity tools/GSE´s for condition and expiration date, and ensure their correct use; Check every time before starting any maintenance activity the components and parts for conditions (damages, leaks etc.) and that the applicability of the documentation is correct; Perform electrical assembly, integration and modification, system repairs, first level Quality inspection and functional tests of aircraft and components; Analyze performance and isolates malfunctions of integrated avionic instrument and flight control systems; Conduct checkouts of avionic instrument and flight control systems and components (including repairs, overhauls, modifications, alignments, installation); Inspects avionic instrument and flight control systems; Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis; Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials; Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft; Perform duties as assigned by the Site Manager, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely fashion and meets the delivery quality requirements of the Airbus; Evaluate performance of assigned customer’s personnel; Conduct on-the-job training activity; Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals; Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures; Supervise and train junior aircraft technicians; Perform other duties as assigned.
