Mandatory FAA or EASA Part-66 B1.3 licensed aircraft technician (ICAO licenses will also be considered)
Mandatory Aircraft Maintenance Type Training Course Part 147
Practical working experience of AS 532 Ale (H215M)
Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
Work as part of a team, specific duties will include the satisfactory performance of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the helicopter fleet, within a customer environment
Undertake individually or as part of a team, the aircraft maintenance, repair and inspection tasks, troubleshooting, quality checks and the completion of documentation in accordance with Company and Customer procedures
Undertake individually or as part of a team, all daily preventive, corrective, servicing and routine maintenance works required to release the aircraft to fly
Perform all scheduled and unscheduled activities to be on time, on cost and on quality while maintaining all safety requirements
Conduct operational implementation on flight line (daily servicing, refueling, helicopter towing)

Job Responsibility

Ensure optimal service support for maintenance and flight line activities to achieve the excellent fleet availability with the highest quality and safety standards
Perform detailed inspection, assembly, installation, repair or replacement of aircraft components and systems, maintenance (both scheduled and unscheduled) or refurbishing of aircraft and function check of components
Perform OJT on location as required
Support the MRO department

Conduct routine inspections and assist in basic repairs on brakes, suspension systems, exhaust systems, and other automotive components
Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and vehicle conditions, ensuring compliance with Meineke's documentation standards
Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to effectively communicate vehicle issues, repair recommendations, and estimated costs to customers
Uphold Meineke's commitment to customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns professionally
