Job Description

The applicant shall apply T&E knowledge and experience to support systems and subsystems development, procurement, and sustainment activities throughout their life cycles; this includes pre/post award project/program T&E tasks. Essential Job Functions: The applicant shall assist in the designing, planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases of T&E programs (including any applicable military certifications and procedures) to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment as they progress through the various acquisition phases and milestones. Assist in reviewing/developing/updating applicable program documentation for T&E management requirements across the full spectrum of actions required to award contracts to include, but not limited to: pre-award documentation, development of evaluation criteria, evaluation of weapon system applicant proposals to ensure compliance with programmatic requirements, and post-award documentation actions with a properly signed and approved Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The applicant shall support development of documentation and presentation materials as requested or necessitated by programmatic limits based on cost, schedule, and performance.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • High School Diploma plus 10 years of experience, or Associate's degree plus 4 years, or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience
  • Top Secret security clearance
  • Understanding of the acquisition process and of the entire system(s) being acquired
  • Understanding of DoD and USAF T&E regulations, processes, and procedures
  • Proficiency equivalent to that of a Defense Acquisition T&E Level III certification
