At Alleima, we are on an exciting cloud journey — building a modern, secure, and scalable Azure platform that empowers every development team across the organization. Our goal is to provide a unified, enterprise‑grade foundation based on Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), enabling teams to provision landing zones quickly, securely, and with full confidence in the underlying platform. You will help shape a developer-friendly, well‑governed‑ environment where stability, security, automation, and great user experience come together — and where your work has a direct impact on how Alleima builds and runs cloud solutions at scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and operate the Azure platform built on CAF, ensuring reliability, security, and great DX (developer experience)
  • Design, maintain, and evolve Enterprise Scale Landing Zones, aligned with best practice governance and segmentation
  • Implement policy driven governance (Azure Policy, Management Groups, RBAC) and automate guardrails end to end
  • Continuously improve security, compliance, and cost efficiency (visibility, controls, and actionable insights)
  • Automate platform components with IaC (e.g., Bicep, Terraform) and CI/CD for repeatable releases
  • Be a trusted advisor to platform consumers—support teams onboarding to landing zones and remove friction
  • Collaborate with security, networking, identity, and architecture to balance standardization with pragmatic flexibility
  • Raise the bar on self-service catalog items, docs, and golden paths that speed up delivery safely

Requirements:

  • Azure pro with real enterprise impact and hands-on with CAF and Enterprise Scale Landing Zones
  • Experience turning networking, identity, and security into clear, automated guardrails
  • Proficiency with management groups, Azure Policy, RBAC, and IaC with Bicep or Terraform
  • Experience operating a shared, multitenant platform
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience shipping via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions (bonus)
  • Feel for FinOps/cost control (bonus)
  • Platform engineering instincts (golden paths, self-service, SLOs) (bonus)
  • Microsoft certification AZ305 (advantageous)
