Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses. We’re looking for an Azure Operations Specialist to join our Cloud Product & Practice team in Bristol. This role is about being the go-to expert for our partners when it comes to Microsoft Azure. You’ll work closely with our sales and practice teams to make sure partners have everything they need to succeed. From onboarding and process support to advice on deploying and managing Azure solutions. You’ll also help shape how we work by improving processes, creating training content, and sharing insights from Microsoft to keep us ahead of the curve. Job Responsibility:

  • Own and improve processes that support Azure partners operationally
  • Provide expert advice to partners to grow their Azure customer base
  • Collaborate on webinars, workshops, and training content
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in Azure and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
  • Support internal teams and partners with certifications and upskilling
  • Drive registrations and onboarding for Microsoft incentive programs
  • Attend partner visits and events when required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in IT, Cloud, or Cyber Security
  • Azure or similar cloud certifications are highly advantageous but not essential
  • Strong understanding of the cloud technology market
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requirements
  • Organised, consultative, and passionate about learning
