  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance using Azure Network Watcher, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics
  • Configure alerts, diagnostics, and performance counters across Azure resources
  • Analyze service records and metrics against agreed SLAs and initiate improvements where required
  • Perform advanced incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across Azure networking layers
  • Execute infrastructure changes and deployments using Terraform, following Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles
  • Operate and troubleshoot environments managed through Azure DevOps pipelines and GitHub repositories (branching, PRs, version control)
  • Escalate complex or unresolved incidents to vendors or internal teams and follow through until resolution
  • Maintain accurate and secure configuration data for all relevant Configuration Items (CIs)
  • Create, update, and maintain knowledge articles for Azure networking incident resolution
  • Collaborate closely with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to accelerate problem resolution
  • Continuously upgrade skills and maintain relevant Azure and networking certifications

Requirements:
