Job Description:

Piper Companies is hiring an Azure IAM Engineer for a prominent tech-driven organization based in the Raleigh, North Carolina region. This role is fully remote and requires availability during Eastern Standard Time hours. The ideal Azure IAM Engineer will bring deep expertise in identity and access management within the Microsoft technology stack.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the technical lead for all Microsoft Entra ID-related engineering efforts
  • Manage and implement solutions involving integration, automation, customization, and identity governance
  • Collaborate extensively with teams across Engineering, IT, and business units

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and solution architecture
  • Proven proficiency in identity and access management, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID
  • Demonstrated success working with third-party platforms to build integration and automation solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
