Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our modern data estate on Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture, from ingestion to insights, ensuring our data platforms are scalable, secure, and high-performing. As a Solution Architect, you will act as the technical bridge between business requirements and cloud-native solutions. You will design blueprints for complex data pipelines, oversee governance, and provide technical leadership to development teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create end-to-end blueprints using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake Gen2
  • Oversee the development of scalable ETL/ELT workflows and automation scripts using Python and SQL
  • Design strategies for integrating or migrating SSIS workloads into modern Azure frameworks
  • Set coding standards, conduct architecture reviews, and guide engineers through CI/CD and DevOps best practices
  • Optimize Synapse SQL pools, Spark clusters, and pipeline orchestration for maximum efficiency

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Deep experience with Azure Data Lake Gen2 and modern data warehousing patterns
  • Proficiency in Python (for automation/processing) and advanced SQL tuning
  • Strong background in SSIS package design and ETL logic
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Key Vault
