Job Responsibility

  • Propose, evaluate, and design relevant cloud service solutions while automating implementation processes
  • Drive the success of managed services by leading both cloud and on-premise infrastructure rollouts
  • Plan and manage technical training to ensure the service delivery team maintains high competency
  • Guide client service teams in making sound technical decisions using a risk-based approach

Requirements

  • Deploy and manage IT infrastructure projects from initial design through to post-implementation support
