Azure Architect Job at Valtech (Bengaluru)

Job Description

This is a Full-Time position based in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibility

Adheres to policies, guidelines and procedures of Valtech and customer while development is carried out
Collaborate across development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams
Guide team members through peer reviews, task assignments, and architecture discussions
Ensure adherence to project SLAs, internal guidelines, and customer policies
Take full accountability for technical deliverables
Maintain strong communication and active collaboration with internal stakeholders and customer teams

Requirements

Able to design end-to-end solutions by using Azure cloud platform services along with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)
Able to design solution/strategize for large Commerce application deployment on AKS
Define and Implement security while environment provisioning, Setup and Networking
Design business continuity solutions including high availability, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery
Should have experience in managing large production environment, support and analysis of prod env
Should have strong working experience on designing the solutions under Kubernetes and associated tools Manifests, Helm, Skaffold
Should have strong working experience on designing solutions using Containerization (Docker)
Should have strong experience in Azure DevOps
Should have strong experience in architecting and designing Azure services (AKS, WebApps, ACA, Azure SQL, Azure Redis, Azure B2C, Managed Identities)
Strong Fundamentals of multiple operating systems - Linux and Windows
Strong experience in using and designing solutions using multiple DNS services
Should strong design and architecture skills using Automation and DevOps
Ability to create reusable templates and solution building blocks using AKS
Extensive experience in system designing and implementing of large Commerce application across different platform
Define and implement network models and security policies across Azure environments
Experience with automating build and deployment pipeline
Provide technical leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery

Nice to have

Able to design solution/strategize for HCL Commerce application deployment on AKS
Extensive experience in designing and implementing HCL Commerce application across different platform
