Job Description:

The Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the strategy, development, and ongoing evolution of an internal platform treated as a product designed to support internal users and operational outcomes. This role establishes a clear product vision aligned with business objectives, operational needs, and organizational risk posture, translating complex or ambiguous problem spaces into a cohesive platform strategy that emphasizes scalability, reliability, reuse, and risk reduction. The Product Manager owns and continuously refines the product roadmap and backlog, balancing short term delivery with long term platform health, including modernization, resiliency, and scalability. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, documenting decisions and rationale to maintain clarity over time, and ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
