Job Description:

The Content Moderator is responsible for keeping the online world engaging, appropriate, and safe. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and most importantly empathy. As an Azerbaijani Content Moderator, you will be reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles, with the aim to enforce the client's policies, and then use these policies to support the overall business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content posted on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
  • Implement and enforce company policies and community guidelines consistently
  • Engage with users professionally and promptly to address inquiries, concerns, or complaints
  • Provide insights, feedback, and suggestions for improving moderation processes and policies
  • Monitor social media trends, online conversations, and emerging issues
  • Participate in employee assistance programs and training

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani
  • Advanced level in English
  • PC literacy
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail
