Job Description:

As an AZ Driver, you’ll safely and efficiently operate a variety of aggregate trailers, including live bottoms, end dumps, and hoppers, while delivering the workmanship and productivity today’s construction industry demands. These are full-time, Monday–Friday positions based out of Hanover and Owen Sound. With the possibility of overtime, no weekends.

Job Responsibility:

Operate equipment in a safe and professional manner
Perform daily maintenance checks and report mechanical or safety issues
Promote and uphold a strong safety culture on every job site
Work responsibly to protect yourself, your team, and the public
Serve as a front-line representative of the company to customers

Requirements:

Valid AZ License (required)
Minimum 2 years of AZ driving experience required
Experience operating aggregate trailers (live bottoms, end dumps, hoppers) is an asset
Experience in the road construction industry
Mechanical knowledge for identifying and reporting equipment issues
Understanding of road construction materials, processes, and industry standards
