Job Description:

This is not your typical driving job. Our drivers are on the ground, directly delivering products into retail chain locations across the GTA. It’s hard work that requires strength, grit, and a strong work ethic but for the right individual, it’s a great opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a variety of products directly into customer retail store locations throughout the GTA
  • Physically handling and unloading freight using tailgates, hand carts, and dollies (no ramps)
  • Completing 10-hour shifts, four/five shifts per week
  • Operating company-owned tandem axle trucks (automatic transmission)
  • Maintaining accurate logs and completing pre/post-trip inspections
  • Building positive relationships with store staff while maintaining a high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • Valid AZ or DZ license with a clean, current driver abstract (no more than 3 demerits)
  • Minimum 2 years of heavy truck driving experience—delivery experience preferred
  • Able to repeatedly lift and move heavy product (up to 50 lbs) throughout your shift
  • Must be comfortable working in cold and warm environments
  • Working smartphone and willingness to use it for work
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Criminal background check (required upon hiring)
