The Waiter/Waitress Assistant provides exceptional service and quality to restaurant guests. The mission of this position is to deliver a dining or beverage experience executed with excellence, anticipating guest needs, acting as an expert on menu offerings, and creating lasting, memorable moments.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Waiter/Waitress in the preparation, transport, and service of food and beverage orders in line with Four Seasons standards, ensuring efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism
Safely and correctly carry trays while maintaining cleanliness and order during service
Prepare and clear tables, ensuring a polished setup for every guest
Demonstrate knowledge of the menu offerings, following the Chef’s suggestions, and accurately describe dish compositions to guests
Maintain clean and organized tables, service areas, and food and beverage preparation stations
Handle and care for valuable restaurant equipment with attention and respect at all times
Requirements:
Professional experience: Proven experience in Food and Beverage service, preferably in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end hospitality environments
Passion for hospitality: Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating personalized guest experiences
Team spirit: Ability to support colleagues efficiently and collaboratively, ensuring smooth and coordinated service
Adaptability and composure: Capacity to perform effectively in dynamic and demanding service environments while upholding the highest standards
