Job Description:

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for an assistant banquet server to join our team. This position is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the set-up and service of Banquet functions under the direction of the Banquet Service Managers, and according to Four Seasons’ standards and procedures
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function according to the banquet event order

Requirements:

  • Prior Food & Beverage experience in a similar role and in a luxury resort/hotel setting
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the legal right to work in Spain
  • Must have fluency in English and Spanish
