Job Description

The AYS Agent / Telephone Operator will answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices. They will operate the telephone switchboard, process guest requests for wake-up calls, and connect and direct calls to the appropriate extension. The role involves receiving, recording, and relaying messages accurately, logging guest requests or issues, and ensuring follow-up to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction. The agent will also provide information about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest, and may assist with room service orders and guestroom entertainment access.
