Job Description:

The role involves working with Axway MFT products, scripting, databases, cloud services, as well as troubleshooting, and engaging with front-office teams. This position requires flexibility to work in 24x5 shifts across global regions.

Requirements:

Autonomous with one programming language/scripting
Autonomous with one Database
Good understanding of SQL queries
Autonomous with Unix/Linux/RedHat/CentOS/AIX
Flexibility towards shifts (US, EMEA & APAC regions)
Good communications skills - both written and verbal
Customer/Front Office engagement experience
Ability to work independently and have Learnability Skills
Knowledge of Axway MFT products (XFB, Gateway, SecureTransport)
Strong knowledge of AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S data communication protocols and use of any gateway tool
Experience working with Trading Partner Profile Management and configurations
Understanding of databases and experience with SQL
Cloud Awareness- GCS/S3
skills on troubleshooting logging/debugging
Exposure on Cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP
Exposure on Dockers, Kubernetes and Container-based technologies.

Nice to have:

Network protocols & security (encryption/authentication/Certificates)
Middleware technologies
SSL/encryption/Keys/certificates.
