Job Description:

Sopra Steria, a major Tech player in Europe recognized for consulting, digital services, and solutions, is seeking an Axway B2B Technical Lead with 6–8 years of experience. Key requirements include technical proficiency, production support experience, flexibility for 24/7 shifts, and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

Autonomous with one programming language/scripting
Autonomous with one Database
Good understanding of SQL queries
Autonomous with Unix/Linux/RedHat/CentOS/AIX etc.
L2/L3 Production support experience
Flexibility towards 24*7*365 shift (with night shift and India Festivals / Public holidays)
On Call Support as & when required by the project
Good communications skills - both written and verbal
Customer/Front Office engagement experience

Nice to have:

Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident/Problem/Change Management processes experience
Network protocols & security (encryption/authentication/Certificates)
Exposure of middleware technologies
Exposure on any of the Axway products / Any other competitor B2B / MFT product
Ability to work independently and have Learnability Skills
Cloud / Managed Services / Product Support (L2/L3) exposure
Exposure on Cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP etc.
Exposure on Dockers, Kubernetes and Container-based technologies
