Job Description

Sopra Steria is seeking an Axway B2B Technical Lead based in Noida. Candidates must have technical expertise on Axway or similar products, EDI domain knowledge, and experience working in Linux/Windows environments. They should possess strong communication skills, client engagement experience, and familiarity with ITIL processes. Night shifts and on-call support are part of the role. Nice-to-haves include experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, and programming languages.

Job Responsibility

  • On call support from home
  • 24/7/365 shift (including night shift and Indian festivals/public holidays)

Requirements

  • Expert on any of the Axway products / Any other competitor B2B product
  • Knowledge of EDI domain and standards
  • Familiar with Databases like MySQL/DB2/Oracle
  • Good working experience on Linux and Windows environment
  • Familiar with various network protocols e.g., HTTP/FTP/SFTP/SMTP
  • Knowledge of SSL, SSH, LDAP/firewalls, Certificates
  • Knowledge of SOAP/REST API
  • Well versed on designing, developing, modifying and debugging various technical issues
  • Good communications skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience on Upgrade and Migration Projects
  • Client engagement experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident/Problem/Change Management processes experience

Nice to have

  • Familiar with Linux (RHEL/SUSE)
  • Familiar with Automation and pipeline tools for CI/CD (Ansible/Puppet, GiT) usage and execution
  • Good to have experience with Bash and python/ Terraform
  • Familiar with Any Cloud (AWS or Azure)
  • Familiar with networking concepts will be an add on
  • Strong ability to map customer requirements to a solution approach
  • Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and incisive thinking ability
  • Excellent in Client Interfacing and customer coordination Skills
  • Knowledge of product architecture
