Job Description:

Axway B2B Module Lead at Sopra Steria in Noida, India, focusing on technical expertise in Axway products, EDI domain knowledge, database familiarity, and strong operational support in a 24x7 environment.

Job Responsibility:

24*7*365 shift (with night shift and India Festivals / Public holidays)
On call support from Home.

Requirements:

Expert on any of the Axway products / Any other competitor B2B product
Knowledge of EDI domain and standards
Familiar with Databases like MySQL/DB2/Oracle
Good working experience on Linux and Windows environment
Familiar with various network protocols e.g., HTTP/FTP/SFTP/SMTP
Knowledge of SSL, SSH, LDAP/firewalls, Certificates
Knowledge of SOAP/REST API
Well versed on designing, developing, modifying and debugging various technical issues
Good communications skills - both written and verbal
Experience on Upgrade and Migration Projects
Client engagement experience
Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident/Problem/Change Management processes.

Nice to have:

Familiar with Linux (RHEL/SUSE)
Familiar with Automation and pipeline tools for CI/CD (Ansible/Puppet, GiT) usage and execution
Good to have experience with Bash and Python/Terraform
Familiar with Any Cloud (AWS or Azure)
Familiar with networking concepts.
