We are looking for a talented and motivated Support and Development Engineer with expertise in APIs to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, developing, and troubleshooting API-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications and services. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, providing technical assistance, debugging issues, and developing new API features.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support for API-related issues encountered by internal teams or external clients
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve API-related bugs and performance issues
Ensure API reliability, availability, and optimal performance
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA) to implement API integrations with various systems
Develop new API features and enhance existing functionalities
Assist in diagnosing and resolving system outages or incidents affecting the APIs
Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support, as needed, to handle production issues
Flexibility towards working in shifts (US, EMEA & APAC regions)
Requirements:
Fluent in Axway API product, Linux, Database
Hands-on experience working in Cloud Provider platforms AWS and Azure
Knowledge and hands-on of ITIL services
Provide technical support for API-related issues encountered by internal teams or external clients
