AWS Java Developer

Build large-scale distributed systems & develop applications

• Extensive Java development, micro services, loosely coupled architectures, domain-driven design, test-driven development, and object-oriented design experience
• Test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, code refactoring, coding standards, etc.
• Experience with RESTful API, streaming, service orchestration, service mesh, pipeline as code, and infrastructure as code
• Experience building systems in an Agile model with continuous integration and deployment (e.g. Jira, Gitlab, Jenkins)
• Design, develop, maintain and support Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) frameworks, tools, services and libraries leveraging public cloud infrastructures
• Strong hands-on experience in one or more of Containers and Container Orchestration frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, etc.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of one or more of Infrastructure-as-Code tools and technologies such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, etc.
• Exposure to Function-as-a-Service, AWS Lambda, Serverless, etc.
