Job Description:

The role involves working as an AWS DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS, Terraform, CI/CD Pipeline, and Kubernetes (AKS). The candidate will be responsible for cloud-native software architecture, managing Kubernetes, operations, networking, autoscaling, high availability, GitOps based deployments, and more.

AWS
Terraform
CI/CD Pipeline

Cloud-native software architecture (Microservices, Patterns, DDD, …)
Working with internal developer platforms such as backstage
AWS Platform (Infrastructure, Services, Administration, Provisioning, Monitoring…)
Managing Kubernetes (AKS)
Operations
Networking
Autoscaling
High Availability
GitOps based deployments (argocd)
Working with basic web technologies (DNS, HTTPS, TLS, JWT, OAuth2.0, OIDC, etc…)
Container Technology such as Docker
Infrastructure as Code via Terraform
Cloud Monitoring, Alerting, Observability mechanisms e.g. via Elastic Stack
Defining, Implementing and Maintaining build and release pipelines -> Continuous Deployment
Working with git version control systems
Code Collaboration Platforms (AWS DevOps, GitHub)
Cloud Security patterns
Developing software based on Spring & Spring Boot
Preparation of Release and deployment scripts (In test and production environments)
