Excellent communication: ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders from C-suite down, both off the cuff and in more formal presentations or report writing
Business savvy: able to look behind the technical problems and understand the business drivers to change, prioritising accordingly. A proven track record of spearheading successful projects
DevOps mastery: deep understanding of DevOps principles and how they transform businesses
