Job Responsibility:

  • Install and configure various database types, focusing primarily on AWS technologies including RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, and MySQL
  • Enhance database performance through fine tuning and query optimization
  • Manage database workloads efficiently
  • Extend your expertise by potentially working with additional AWS services such as S3, IAM, Lambda, and CloudWatch
  • Participate in international projects and have a say in technological decisions

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Maths, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Excel in problem-solving and can work independently with little supervision
  • Effectively liaise with differing levels of staff within an organization and are a committed team player
  • Motivated to advance in your role, are a self-starter, can manage your workload to meet deadlines, and share your knowledge willingly
  • Prepared to work in shifts (covering 10-hour shifts, 5 days a week) and participate in an on-call rotation approximately one week per month
  • English proficiency (B2)
