Job Responsibility:

  • Provide AWS system administration services and expert advice to internal and external customers within agreed service levels
  • Identify and implement infrastructure improvements and risk management strategies based on customer business drivers
  • Deliver product demonstrations and workshops to showcase AWS offerings and present tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Assist lead implementers with customer onboarding, architectural research, and the application of emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including Architecture, Product Management, and Project Delivery to support the AWS Product line

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise AWS solutions across multiple customers and government environments
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS Connect for cloud contact solutions, including Contact Flow Design and Service Integrations
  • Strong scripting and automation skills utilizing tools such as Terraform, Python, or AWS CDK
  • Deep understanding of IAM security, logging, and compliance patterns within the AWS ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build positive stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively regarding complex infrastructure architecture
