AWS Cloud Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure supporting our structured finance products
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated deployment strategies
• Ensure compliance with financial industry security, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure performance and reliability issues
• Partner with development teams to enable secure, scalable, and efficient application deployments
• Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and IAM
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning
• Collaborate with InfoSec to maintain compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and other financial industry standards
• Stay current with AWS innovations and trends to recommend improvements

• 3-5+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering or DevOps roles
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
• Expertise with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.)
• Strong background in infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, AWS CDK)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.
• Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as CloudWatch
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles and financial regulatory requirements
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
