Aws cloud engineer

• Networking & Security: Responsible for configuring Virtual Private Clouds (VPC), routing tables, and security groups to ensure secure communication
• High Availability: Skilled in managing load balancers and auto-scaling groups to maintain fault tolerance for applications
• Resource Management: Provisioning and maintaining compute resources, including EC2 instances, ECS containers, EKS clusters, and Lambda functions
• Storage & Databases: Configuring and managing storage solutions such as Amazon S3, EBS, and various database services like RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
• Cloud Hardening: Implementing security best practices and remediating findings from AWS Security Hub and AWS Inspector
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilizing tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Administrator) are highly preferred
• Proven hands-on experience in AWS cloud engineering and administration within a similar professional role
• Skilled in managing and configuring both Windows Server and Linux-based systems (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux) within AWS environments
• Strong understanding of cloud networking principles and familiarity with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the communication skills necessary to convey technical data to non-technical stakeholders
