Job Description

We are seeking an experienced cloud and platform professional to design, implement, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available AWS-based infrastructure aligned with the CET-EKS framework, observability (o11y) standards, and AWS Well-Architected principles. This role focuses on driving platform stability, automation, and continuous improvement for business-critical applications through GitOps-driven, zero-touch operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, build, and operate AWS cloud infrastructure supporting CET and CET-EKS platforms
  • Deliver infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement and manage GitOps practices using GitHub, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes
  • Upgrade, maintain, and support EKS clusters, CET-EKS observability stacks, and AWS RDS services
  • Manage hybrid connectivity and secure networking across AWS accounts
  • Drive Kubernetes platform lifecycle management, capacity planning, and AMI rotations
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and resilience
  • Support security, compliance, vulnerability management, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Contribute to DevOps culture, documentation, and continuous improvement across the organisation
  • Share knowledge and help develop cloud capability within the team

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms
  • Experienced in EKS administration, Terraform-based IaC, and GitOps tooling
  • Comfortable working with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD
  • Skilled in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and performance issues
  • Knowledgeable in observability tooling including Grafana and monitoring stacks
  • Familiar with security, compliance, and cost management within AWS environments
  • Experienced in agile delivery models and enterprise IT environments
