Maintain the Morpheus platform with regular updates and patches to ensure security, performance, and reliability
Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions on the Morpheus platform
Monitor Morpheus platform performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures
Stay current on Morpheus and ecosystem technologies while following company policies and procedures
Optimize Morpheus performance through cost-effective and efficient resource utilization strategies
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Morpheus with existing systems, applications, and services
Provide excellent customer service by responding to cases quickly and effectively
Provide technical instructions to customers, including those without direct access to their systems or networks
