Job Description

We are looking for an experienced engineer to build and optimize runtime environments for agent-based solutions on AWS. This role focuses on ensuring reliable execution, scalability, and performance of agent-driven systems within a cloud-native environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, build, and maintain runtime environments for agent-based applications on AWS
  • Develop and optimize execution layers for distributed and event-driven systems
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of runtime workloads
  • Integrate agent-based solutions with AWS infrastructure and services
  • Support deployment and lifecycle management of runtime components
  • Collaborate with platform and AI teams to enable efficient agent execution and orchestration
  • Monitor and troubleshoot runtime issues in distributed environments
  • Implement best practices for resilience, fault tolerance, and observability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a DevOps / Platform Engineer
  • Strong experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC, RDS, Route53, API Gateway, Lambda)
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform (AWS, Kubernetes/Helm, Hashicorp Vault)
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Strong programming skills in Python (scripting, FastAPI, Swagger) and Bash / PowerShell
  • Experience with runtime systems, distributed architectures, or execution environments
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • High level of ownership and adaptability
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and approaches

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS Agent Core or similar agent-based architectures
