Job Description

We are looking for an experienced engineer to design and manage registries for agent-based solutions on AWS. This role focuses on building and maintaining reusable components, managing artifacts, and enabling efficient discovery and reuse across distributed systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and maintain registries for agent components, services, and artifacts
  • Implement versioning, lifecycle management, and reuse strategies
  • Enable efficient discovery and integration of reusable components across teams
  • Ensure consistency and compatibility of artifacts in distributed environments
  • Integrate registries with AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
  • Support governance and standardization of components within agent-based systems
  • Collaborate with platform and AI teams to improve reusability and scalability
  • Monitor and maintain reliability of registry systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a DevOps / Platform Engineer
  • Strong experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC, RDS, Route53, API Gateway, Lambda)
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform (AWS, Kubernetes/Helm, Hashicorp Vault)
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Strong programming skills in Python (scripting, FastAPI, Swagger) and Bash / PowerShell
  • Experience with artifact management and registries (Docker Registry, ECR, Nexus, Artifactory, etc.)
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and component reuse patterns
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS Agent Core or similar agent-based architectures
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-based systems
  • Experience designing plugin-based or extensible architectures
  • Understanding of metadata management and service discovery mechanisms
