ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Spa Manager at W Edinburgh, as Spa Therapist you will play an integral role in ensuring all our guests feel pampered and relaxed during their time with us. Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the hotels success. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, loves to learn new skills, and will be an excellent brand ambassador!

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide five-star spa therapies to guests, including massage, body treatments (such as wraps and scrubs), facial treatments and beauty treatments
  • Tailor the treatments you deliver to the individual needs of each guest
  • Keep up-to-date with new techniques and treatments, constantly updating your skills
  • Be highly knowledgeable about all products and treatments offered
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Spa
  • Work well as a team with your fellow therapists and the wider hotel team to ensure our guests receive slick service throughout their stay
