We are looking for a hybrid Awards Coordinator for a top entertainment company to join their team out of their Burbank offices!

Job Responsibility

  • Manage awards submission tracking, deadlines, and status updates across multiple projects
  • Support data entry, asset organization, and maintenance of internal trackers and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate high-volume email communication and follow-up related to awards activity
  • Assist with organizing submission materials and related documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the awards team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Great organizational skills
