Awake Night Staff

We are looking for recent graduates and experienced direct support workers to join our team! If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and in the community, we would love to hear from you. Developmental Disabilities Association is seeking Awake Night Staff (AWNS) for casual positions in our Vancouver and Richmond-based group homes to help support B.C.’s most vulnerable population. The Awake Night Staff (AWNS) provides a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for each resident with the opportunity for each resident to develop life skills to the limits of their desire and potential. DDA encourages professional development, on-the-job training, community involvement, and a very inclusive work environment.
