As a Relationship Manager, you will lead the strategic development of corporate client portfolios while ensuring robust risk management and business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Formulate and execute relationship management strategies to maximize business returns and deepen client engagement
Identify and capture new business opportunities and cross-border collaborations within the corporate sector
Lead the end-to-end credit process, including the timely preparation of concise proposals and renewals
Manage credit risk by monitoring outstanding exposures and pro-actively addressing deteriorating credits
Oversee comprehensive client due diligence and periodic reviews to ensure adherence to global banking standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in relationship management within the corporate banking sector
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Proven business acumen with a result-oriented approach to identifying cross-sell opportunities
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple departments
