  • Comfortable selling solutions, not just products - able to confidently discuss delivery and implementation
  • Awareness of main commercial offerings for Broker technology solutions
  • Well educated and commercially sharp, high-energy, and credible at C-suite level
  • Living with easy access to C. London for 1-2 hybrid days per week
  • Collaborative mindset - able to strategise, not just execute
