Requirements

  • Proven track record opening enterprise-level deals in the P&C insurance space
  • 5+ years breadth and depth of P&C Insurance knowledge and experience
  • Strong network of Insurance contacts
  • A true self-starter who is confident self-starting as an individual contributor
  • Comfortable selling solutions, not just products - able to confidently discuss delivery and implementation
  • Awareness of main commercial offerings for Broker technology solutions
  • Well educated and commercially sharp, high-energy, and credible at C-suite level
  • Living with easy access to C. London for 1-2 hybrid days per week
  • Collaborative mindset - able to strategise, not just execute
