Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems and networks run efficiently and securely
  • Oversee project planning and execution, delivering technology solutions that align with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and optimize IT systems and processes
  • Provide technical leadership in areas such as network security, system administration, and hardware/software management
  • Develop and enforce security policies, manage patch updates, and address vulnerabilities to safeguard organizational data
  • Administer tools and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Fortinet firewalls, Meraki, and other security technologies

  • Prioritize and escalate technical issues, providing timely resolutions to meet user expectations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices across all IT operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT
  • at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong expertise in IT security, network administration, and system maintenance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Meraki, firewalls, and SD-WAN technologies
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
