Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations/Financial Services Manager of to lead and enhance our practice management initiatives in Carpinteria, California. This role focuses on developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for Financial Center owners and financial team members, helping them transition to sustainable, growth-oriented practices. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial services, education, or business management and have a passion for fostering ongoing development and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and maintain a robust library of practice management training materials, including manuals, online courses, videos, and presentations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and recruiting to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Conduct assessments for new Financial Centers and financial team members to identify and plan practice management strategies
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Deliver virtual orientation meetings for new Financial Center owners
  • Provide one-on-one consultations to support Financial Centers in implementing effective practice management initiatives
  • Identify new growth opportunities and partnership strategies to help Financial Centers expand services and increase revenue
  • Ensure all training materials meet high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program effectiveness
  • Stay informed about industry trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services, operations management, or practice management, with an emphasis on training and development
  • Strong background in creating instructional materials across various formats, such as manuals, videos, and online courses
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to assess skill gaps and design targeted solutions to address them
  • Familiarity with business growth strategies and operational frameworks for small to mid-sized enterprises
  • Knowledge of FINRA regulations and compliance considerations is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required to support training and consultation needs
