Job Description:

This is a hands-on position who will eventually build the department and hire engineers and analysts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Run and execute the cybersecurity strategy
  • Build the department and hire engineers and analysts
  • Partner closely with the infrastructure team, working as the backup support to the Infrastructure AVP
  • Work with the Board and C level executives to communicate issues and build strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is a must
  • Knowledge of threat and vulnerability analysis
  • Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards
  • Leadership experience and ability to present in front of executives
  • Experience with budgeting and planning
  • Developing and maintaining the risk management framework
  • Conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments and scans, and penetration testing
  • Handling all incident responses
  • Create security awareness within the organization through programs and trainings
  • Recent experience in supporting security issues and partnering closely with the infrastructure team, working as the backup support to the Infrastructure AVP
