Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage managers, people and projects supporting data, ratings, research, analytical outreach and apply technical knowledge to guide junior team members and lead process improvements.
  • Oversee all aspects of data intake, normalization, and processing with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution of complex BAU tasks (data, research, analytics, methodology, credit estimates)
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for team performance and deliverables
  • Conduct initial quality reviews, provide feedback/training, and uphold global standards
  • Manage workload allocation and pipeline to ensure timely completion
  • Drive process improvements, manage transitions, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g., methodology updates, transitions to RRS Global Capability Centers)
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain high-performing junior analytical talent

Requirements

  • 8+ yrs in credit/financial analysis and team leadership
  • Extensive working knowledge of applicable methodologies with ability to perform holistic analysis to support ratings and research with limited guidance for many advanced/bespoke tasks
  • Proficient in technical and operational aspects of deliverables, with strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Comfortably and professionally interact with various senior stakeholders on a wide range of topics
  • Experienced in mentoring and managing diverse teams with a dependable and collaborative approach
  • Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts (Generative AI tools and Agentic AI systems etc) with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency leveraging these technologies for research, analysis, or workflow optimization. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business or qualified CA
